Can’t speak highly of enough of BVA. After years of trying to sell my condo unsuccessfully with dishonest agents who would rent my condo out and tell me it’s empty while I’m abroad and have no way of checking, and that it was a quiet market and no one was buying, I was recommended BVA and given Nings number. I travelled from London and she had for a buyer and we completed the exchange all in less than a week. So avoid dishonest agents and try BVA at least. I wish I had done so years ago.
